MEDITERRANEAN DIET SHOWN TO WARD OFF HEART ATTACT AND STROKE

 This piece of new talk about heart disease, strokes and deaths. This problem can be prevented in people at high risck if they switch to a mediterranean diet rich in olive oil, nuts, beans, fish and vegetables.

In my opinion I like this piece of new because is important to know things for prevent heart attacks.
